Under the patronage of HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Princess Sumaya University for Technology, the final conference of MEDAWEL Tempus project was held. A representatives of the project’s partners from Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Egypt, Lebanon and Palestine attended the conference which was convened by Princess Sumaya University for Technology over two days from 12th -13th October, 2015 in addition to the Jordanian universities representatives
The Lebanese university with cooperation of the Modern University for Business and Science have organized MEDAWEL Lebanese national conference on September 11th at 1866 hotel. The conference hold the title of “Integrating a Holistic Approach to Student Services for Increased Student Wellbeing”.
A national conference about “Student Affairs Services and Practices in the Palestinian universities” was held in Palestine and organized by An-Najah National University within MEDAWEL project activities.

A stakeholders Meeting was held at Princess Sumaya University for Technology on 30.October.2014. Prof. Walid Salmeh started the meeting welcoming the attendees and gave an introduction about MEDAWEL Project. He discussed the objectives of the projects and what it aims to achieve for students. The first regional conference of MEDAWEL project has been held on 26-27 October, 2014 with the presence of the European and Arab partners. Many scientific papers and presentations were delivered by the partners about the students’ services and the means to develop it in their academic institutions.
